Boston Sports Army

The score was 4–1. The Boston Bruins, on their home ice, were losing to the Toronto Maple Leafs in the seventh, and final, game of the first round of playoffs. Tensions were hot amidst the cool ice. A loss would’ve meant elimination, sure devastation for thousands of Bruins fans. By the end of the third period, most had lost hope. But May 13, for Bruins fans, would not be a night to drink in defeat, but rather a night to drink in celebration.

In the game’s final minutes, the Bruins scored three goals, tying the game and forcing it into overtime. With trepidation, and a fair share of jeers towards the Maple Leafs, Bruins fans looked on as their team scored, won, and eliminated Toronto from the series. It was inspirational, a true display of the strength that Boston possesses.

Enter Boston Sports Army, a new clothing line inspired by the sports teams of Boston. Each sports season will bring upon a new logo and a new design—baseball, basketball, football, etc. The hockey line is available now—you might notice an uncanny resemblance to the seminal Top Gun logo—and upcoming lines will be available as each season is underway. † www.bostonsportsarmy.com
